    concentric paused squats at 285.
    Tried some bench again. Felt kinda shitty. but also hit tris on saturday so probably part of it.
    Hit up 225 for a single doe because stubborn.

    I have a manlet at my gym that likes to hog the squat rack for squats and DLs, he doesn't move more than 135lbs for either...ugh.     This weeks deads were.... 3x280, 3x 320, 10x360
    Did 10x340 last week so that's nice.

    Followed with 5x10x115. And some pulldowns. Back definitely a tad sore.I’m an average looking person who has done nothing extraordinary with my life, but I’m better than you because I’ve spread merpes around this earth.

    then hit up some barbell rows for 265 because I could.

    I think I did 8 or 9 reps of 100 for standing overhead shoulder press

    was like 3x75, 3x90, 8 or 9 x 100

    Followed it up with some sets of 75.

    I should have then done 5x10 something chest, but did quite a bit of extra chest stuff Wednesday so did like 5x5xheavier on the flat bench machine. Meh.

    For shits and giggles I wanted to hit leg press to kind of see where that was at. did 10x90, 180, 270, 360, 360, 360, 410, then 20x180, 15 x180. Had a ham focused stance, which I expect to be easier, but was still pretty surprised by how easy that all was.     So I'd been doing Boring But Big to just get my ass in the gym steadily.

    It's time to either go back to normal 531 (the lift + several assistance exercises at higher reps)
    or
    make something up.
    like... day 1 - 5x5 squats + leg day (15-20 rep of like 4 exercises, like SLDLs, leg press, extensions, curls)
    day 2 - upper body shit, high reps
    day 3 - 531 deads, and... more legs?
    day 4 - 5x5 squats + upper body

    My issue is I want my deads and squats to increase. But I keep realizing my squats just don't go up on 531, but I love it for deads. 5x5 squats 2x a week works for squats.

    Upper body I legit just don't give a shit about I just want to look better I think. So... debating. And would like to start doing rows again, I stopped for a long while.
