Terms of Service

Slash40 Salon · Last updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of Slash40 Salon (the “Service”), an AI-powered messaging assistant that helps hair salons answer customer enquiries and manage appointments automatically across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and LINE. The Service is provided by HADA CORPORATION COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (“we”, “us”, “our”).

In short: Slash40 Salon replies to customer messages on behalf of a salon and helps schedule appointments. It is a convenience tool; the salon remains responsible for its services and final booking decisions.

1. The Service

Slash40 Salon receives messages that a customer sends to a participating salon, interprets the request using an AI assistant, and helps the customer with enquiries and with creating, viewing, changing, or cancelling appointments. Salon staff may join a conversation at any time.

2. Who may use it

Customers interact with the Service simply by messaging a participating salon. Salons that adopt the Service (“Salon Customers”) agree to use it in compliance with the policies of the messaging platforms (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LINE) and with applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.

3. Salon Customer responsibilities

4. Appointments

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, to interfere with its operation, to reverse engineer it, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or to data belonging to another salon.

6. AI-generated responses

Replies are generated with the help of an automated AI assistant, which identifies itself as an AI booking assistant, and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. For anything important, customers should confirm details directly with the salon. Salon staff can take over the conversation when needed.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service operates through third-party messaging platforms. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those platforms.

8. Fees and subscription

Where a Salon Customer subscribes to a paid plan, the applicable fees, billing period, and currency are those stated at the time of subscription. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already begun. We may change fees on prior written notice, effective from the next billing period. Either party may end a subscription at the end of the then-current billing period.

9. Privacy

Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Customers may request deletion of their data as described on our Data Deletion page.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service, to comply with law, or in response to a breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost bookings, arising from use of the Service. The salon remains responsible for the services it provides to its customers.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
